Note: There is no street address for the County Line. Your GPS will not be able to find this meeting place unless you can input the following coordinates.

From the north (Taos)

Take Hwy. 68 south from Taos. After descending to the river, you will see the Rio Grande Gorge Visitor Center to the left. This is NOT the meeting place. Continue for 5+ miles to the County Line, and park to the right after passing this sign: "County Line River Access" (see photo above)

The village of Rinconada, coming from the south, on Hwy 68. After you pass through Rinconada, you have one mile to go to the County Line.

From the south (Santa Fe)

Leave Santa Fe on St. Francis Drive, heading north. It becomes Hwy. 84/285. Continue north to Espanola. The highway to Taos - Hwy 68 - begins at the first stop light in Espanola. Look for the sign that indicates "Junction North 68". Continue straight through Espanola. As you leave Espanola you will pass the Ohkay Casino, on your right. Note the mile markers and continue north to Mile 24, passing through Embudo and then Rinconada, at Mile 22. Pull into the lot on the left, opposite the "Taos County" sign.
